About Board 49 Basketball Officials
Our Philosophy
A group of basketball officials, working in the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Board 49 members officiate male and female games for local leagues, High Schools and College. Board 49 is dedicated to the continuing development of basketball referees. We provide a forum for members to meet and discuss basketball, refereeing, and related matters. We also provide ongoing training and developmental assessments for all Board members
